Today was such a true “Eat,Sleep,Train,Repeat!-Day. I started off doing Insanity (~ 1h) and went on an Inline skating tour for 3 hours in the afternoon. Returned home and immediately fell asleep on my bed for a bit, woke up, had dinner and thought about going for a run with my dog ( but I realized my body had done enough for today..so I just went for a walk instead).
