Anonymous asked: I need help. I want a flat, toned stomach. I've been working my ass off, doing crunches and cardio, and I dance 3-4 days a week. I've also started eating healthier, drinking more water and eating smaller portions. But I can't seem to get rid of that last inch or so of fat, ESPECIALLY on my lower stomach.
