Cooked a typical traditional japanese lunch with my japanese tandem-partner today.
It was SO AWESOME,so YUMMY and so HEALTHY.aaaaw…I will make this more often now=)

Workout: Intervall training
This morning I did one of my intervall trainings, based on yesterdays posted video with the skipping. I did change the exercises a little,because they didn’t seem to challanging in the vid. I really enjoyed it so I am just gonna post my routine here:
Two intervalls (1.10sec;2.1:30min) I used my GYMBOSS-intervall-timer
-Skipping
-Lunges (switching sides after about 20 reps..and front foot...
