Yaaay,I had suuch a great workout day! Lately I’ve been doing really well with my diet (not eating any sweets etc.,instead eating very healthy) and working out every day. BUT today I felt just SO great!
- I got up early
-immediately did a bodyrock- workout
-showered and went to class
-came back home, changed to go for a run
-showered again, studied and went to my part-time job
This morning, I could’ve easily stayed in bed,continuing to sleep a little longer.It was all nice and warm and cozy…BUT I knew, if I don’t get up and do the workout I had scheduled, I would really really REALLY regret it! And I am so glad I did it. I felt amazing afterwards. And my run was so going great too.I really pushed myself. On the last kilometers, I tried to finish strong and ran in race-speed. Man, it was SUCH a great feeling,seeing the streetcar driving by,with all the people sitting inside (lazy!) and me, running faster than that streetcar. haha:)

Seriously, I KNOW workouts are supposed to be tough. But dang it, my abdominals hurt so bad.. I can’t walk straight any second longer…
Movies are such a good way to get yourself motivated and in the right workout-mood. I was wondering, which movies are your favourite!?
