conclusion of this day: Do it, even if you don't feel like doing it. If you do it, you will feel 1 million dollars worth. If you don't, you'll feel like crap! Do it! Do your workout!! =)

Yaaay,I had suuch a great workout day! Lately I’ve been doing really well with my diet (not eating any sweets etc.,instead eating very healthy) and working out every day. BUT today I felt just SO great! 

- I got up early

-immediately did a bodyrock- workout

-showered and went to class

-came back home, changed to go for a run 

-showered again, studied and went to my part-time job 

This morning, I could’ve easily stayed in bed,continuing to sleep a little longer.It was all nice and warm and cozy…BUT I knew, if I don’t get up and do the workout I had scheduled, I would really really REALLY regret it! And I am so glad  I did it. I felt amazing afterwards. And my run was so going great too.I really pushed myself. On the last kilometers, I tried to finish strong and ran in race-speed. Man, it was SUCH a great feeling,seeing the streetcar driving by,with all the people sitting inside (lazy!) and me, running faster than that streetcar. haha:)

If you want a fit, toned, healthy body.. you're going to have to earn it. You're going to have to work for it, every day. There's no going back now, you've got to be dedicated. You can't sit around waiting for motivation to slap you in the face, you are your own motivation. You've got to get off your ass even when you don't want to. You can't snap your fingers, or wish yourself to be healthy. You can do this.. we all can do this!

Seriously, I KNOW workouts are supposed to be tough. But dang it, my abdominals hurt so bad.. I can’t walk straight any second longer…
