Insanity!
Gyaa, I’m psyched! Did my first day of Insanity workout this morning! Dang,it’s tough..especially at the end..but I feel so great now!  I think,if I do this for 60 days, not only will I be in good shape, but it might really benefit my running!

Setting a new goal =)
Signed up for another half-marathon in june today! So excited!! This time I want to train a little different for it though (especially focussing on strength-training,speed work), cause this half-marathons distance will include lots of hills and bridges. I need to have my whole upper body in best shape,so when it gets tough, I’ll be able to push through it.
