Seriously, I KNOW workouts are supposed to be tough. But dang it, my abdominals hurt so bad.. I can’t walk straight any second longer…

Insanity!
Gyaa, I’m psyched! Did my first day of Insanity workout this morning! Dang,it’s tough..especially at the end..but I feel so great now!
I think,if I do this for 60 days, not only will I be in good shape, but it might really benefit my running!

Setting a new goal =)
Signed up for another half-marathon in june today! So excited!!
This time I want to train a little different for it though (especially focussing on strength-training,speed work), cause this half-marathons distance will include lots of hills and bridges. I need to have my whole upper body in best shape,so when it gets tough, I’ll be able to push through it.

Yoga..
Intense Yoga session on my balcony. Followed by half an hour of strength training for the upper body. Yaay!
What do you do if you suddenly feel the strongest...
Sometimes when I am out shopping or after a meal, I suddenly feel this NEED for something sweet. Do you know what I am talking about? It is totally unreasonable,because I am not hungry or anything..it’s just a sick craving.(I hate it!)
