I'm studying Nutrition in college right now, I'll be a junior this fall, and I wanted to let you know that your diet is perfect. From what I've learned about eating these past two years, you put into practice. I was especially happy to see that you eat fish several times a week. Getting those Omega-3's is so important! I just wanted to let you know that you're really amazing and definitely an inspiration!
